I created this document (RFQ) as a response to a federal government solicitation, requesting transportation services for the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. The RFQ consists of a quote for services, capability statement with the appropriate NACIS codes, and other documents requested by the organization. To generate the appropriate response, I read and analyzed a 17 page government solicitation. I had no prior experience with writing an RFQ; however, the Contracting Officer was very impressed with my presentation.
